RETURN OF DEFECTIVE / FAULTY / INCORRECT PRODUCTS PURCHASED

Kindly note that we do not accept returns and exchanges, except for factory-defected items. Refunds can only be issued as store credit or exchange, and they must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Please note that, for hygiene and resale reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or washed items, personalised or custom-made products, or items marked as clearance/final sale.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your store account or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via 0501672445 or sales@amalenaonline.com.gh.

SHIPPING RETURNS

All return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
